Senior Client Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for designated client account(s).

• Establish and nurture positive relationships with client contacts across different organizational levels, including senior stakeholders.

• Serve as a reliable liaison and advocate for client needs within Augeo.

• Guarantee timely and transparent communication with clients through regular updates, meeting coordination, and proactive resolution of issues.

• Collaborate with Solution Delivery and Project Management teams to gather business requirements and ensure the prompt and precise execution of programs.

• Oversee program scope, timelines, financial performance, and quality expectations as outlined in Service Agreements.

• Prepare and present Change Orders and Statements of Work for program modifications.

• Take ownership of revenue and gross profit (GP) targets for the assigned account or portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in client relationship management or account management.

• A four-year college degree is required.

• Preferred experience with AI tools integrated into daily workflows.

• Familiarity with employee, channel, or customer loyalty programs is preferred.

• Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage multiple priorities.

• Ability to develop and sustain client relationships while effectively resolving issues.

• Basic financial knowledge for program performance, invoicing, and budget support.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite for reporting and presentations.

• Flexibility for remote work; preference for candidates located in Eastern or Central US time zones.
