• Engage with and convert warm leads into confirmed bookings.

• Suggest appropriate cleaning services tailored to client requirements.

• Keep precise records in the CRM system.

• Achieve and surpass monthly sales goals.

• At least 2 years of experience in direct sales, telesales, or business development.

• Excellent and professional communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

• Ability to independently manage tasks in a remote work environment.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrates resilience under pressure and handles rejection gracefully.

• Proven success in phone-based sales with a history of meeting targets.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Experienced with CRM systems for lead and client data management.

• Adept in negotiation and effectively resolving customer issues.

• Must possess a reliable laptop or desktop computer.
