Client Success – Campaign Manager

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for designated brand clients and partners.

• Cultivate robust, long-lasting relationships founded on trust, effective communication, and consistent outcomes.

• Provide regular updates regarding campaign progress, deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics.

• Address client feedback, inquiries, and concerns in a professional and proactive manner.

• Ensure each campaign aligns with client expectations and fosters long-term partnership development.

• Create comprehensive influencer marketing campaign strategies that align with client objectives and audience insights.

• Define campaign goals, messaging, channels, deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics.

• Convert client aspirations into clear and actionable campaign plans.

• Identify opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness, engagement, and return on investment.

• Oversee influencer marketing campaigns from initial planning through to completion and evaluation.

• Coordinate campaigns involving up to approximately 20 creators or talents.

• Manage up to 40 unique campaigns or roughly 200 individual activations each month.

• Collaborate with talent managers, sales, creative teams, analytics, and external partners.

• Ensure all campaign deliverables are completed accurately and punctually.

• Maintain clear communication among all stakeholders throughout the entire campaign lifecycle.

• Manage and allocate campaign budgets of up to $200,000 per initiative.

• Track campaign expenditures and ensure resources are used effectively.

• Monitor budgets during execution and identify potential risks or discrepancies.

• Ensure campaigns remain within approved financial limits.

• Work alongside creative teams and content creators to produce compelling campaign assets.

• Review visuals, copy, videos, and other materials for quality and brand alignment.

• Ensure campaign assets effectively communicate key messages and fulfill client requirements.

• Coordinate revisions, approvals, and the final delivery of creative materials.

• Develop and maintain campaign timelines, task lists, approval processes, and delivery schedules.

• Utilize project management tools to coordinate internal teams, creators, clients, and external vendors.

• Identify potential risks, delays, or obstacles and take proactive measures to address them.

• Balance multiple campaigns and priorities without compromising quality or deadlines.

• Monitor campaign performance across engagement, conversions, reach, ROI, and other relevant KPIs.

• Analyze campaign data to assess effectiveness and pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Use performance insights to refine ongoing campaigns and enhance future strategies.

• Provide data-driven recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Prepare comprehensive campaign reports, presentations, and performance summaries.

• Clearly communicate results, insights, challenges, and recommendations to clients and internal teams.

• Present campaign findings in a clear and engaging manner.

• Provide regular updates to the Director of Campaigns concerning progress, budgets, risks, and opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in campaign management, client success, account management, influencer marketing, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience managing marketing campaigns from initial concept through execution and reporting.

• Strong client-facing experience with the ability to manage expectations and foster long-term relationships.

• Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and performance data.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools.

• Ability to manage campaign budgets and track financial performance.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and adapt to shifting priorities.
