This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.
• Supervise multiple Pods and serve as the ultimate executive escalation point for client-related challenges.
• Enhance client satisfaction, retention, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Foster brand advocacy through the creation of referrals and case studies.
• Establish and monitor KPIs across Pods while ensuring smooth collaboration between Strategists and Activation Specialists.
• Oversee team capacity and efficiently balance workloads.
• Ensure that profitability targets and Gross Profit (GP) margins are achieved or surpassed.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Retention Marketing Managers along with their teams.
• A minimum of 5 years of strategic experience in retention marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce account management.
• A proven history of managing and expanding multiple marketing teams, pods, or departments.
• Familiarity with leading retention and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Shopify).
• Demonstrated experience in managing P&L, gross profit margins, and optimizing team capacity.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, with the capability to convey complex strategies to senior stakeholders.
