This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma, +2 more states.
• Take ownership of and oversee a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring both retention and growth.
• Identify potential risks within accounts and address any performance deficiencies.
• Sustain and enhance revenue streams through effective account management.
• Promote the Labcorp Oncology and Invitae HerCan portfolio within existing accounts.
• Increase the adoption of hereditary cancer testing and oncology diagnostics.
• Create and implement account plans aimed at maximizing testing volume.
• Analyze ordering behaviors, provider activities, and utilization trends.
• Act as the primary liaison for health systems, oncologists, surgeons, genetic counselors, and practice administrators.
• Foster relationships across both clinical and operational teams.
• Conduct business reviews centered on performance, utilization trends, and optimizing care delivery.
• Lead the rollout and expansion of oncology and hereditary cancer solutions.
• Ensure integration into clinical workflows and sustained usage.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address issues and enhance account performance.
• Reinforce the value of the portfolio through provider education, data insights, and alignment with workflows.
• Collaborate with Specialty Development Executives to support growth opportunities.
• Work with the National Accounts team on enterprise strategies and system-wide initiatives.
• Execute locally to promote wider health system priorities.
• Manage, retain, and expand assigned key accounts while maximizing the utilization of oncology and hereditary cancer testing solutions.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Three or more years of experience in healthcare account management, client success, or a similar client-facing position.
• Understanding of hereditary cancer testing and oncology care workflows.
• Proven track record in retaining and growing existing accounts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Demonstrated success in driving upsell and utilization within complex health systems.
• Strong analytical skills to convert data into actionable insights.
• Strategic approach to account management with an emphasis on retention and growth.
• In-depth knowledge of oncology and hereditary cancer testing portfolios.
• Ability to influence provider behavior and encourage adoption.
• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration.
• Data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Proficient in executive presentation skills, with a strong presence and business acumen.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
