Client Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Identify and target strategic markets and clients for service offerings.

• Build and sustain effective peer-to-peer relationships with customers and potential clients.

• Assist sales efforts by providing client relationship support and participating in sales calls.

• Create and implement lead generation strategies.

• Work collaboratively with the team to identify growth opportunities and execute strategies.

• Manage contract negotiations in partnership with operations and legal teams.

• Conduct market research and analysis.

• Assess operational challenges and the organization’s competitiveness relative to industry trends.

• Facilitate and oversee the proposal process from initiation to successful submission.

• Monitor both external and internal environments to identify new market segments.

• Support marketing initiatives for new products and services.

• Assist in creating a client feedback evaluation process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Robust background in business development, sales, or marketing, with knowledge of the power/energy sector.

• Comprehensive understanding of electrical power systems and related equipment.

• Ability to utilize market channels such as EPC, ESCOs, utility companies, developers, engineering firms, end-users, and equipment manufacturers.

• Experience in deciphering customer needs and business drivers to formulate account plans and strategies.

• Strong leadership skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and a sense of urgency.

• Capable of managing time and prioritizing workload autonomously.

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Competence in competitive and market analysis.

• Ability to cultivate and maintain strong working relationships.

• Skills in strategic planning and tactical execution.
