Client Sites Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and finalize all tasks, messages, and processes related to foreclosures on client platforms.

• Update information and respond as necessary.

• Serve as a bridge between clients and Foreclosure South Operations as well as Attorneys.

• Execute a range of responsibilities associated with managing loans in client systems to ensure adherence to clients’ standards and timelines.

• Leverage reports and system-generated workflows to identify issues that need escalation.

• Promptly refresh general foreclosure procedures on foreclosure files within the internal case management system and client platforms.

• Navigate client systems through all phases of the foreclosure process.

• Oversee, re-evaluate, and finalize document procedures for SOTs, assignments, deeds, and other relevant documents.

• Engage with various departments and address inquiries from clients and team members.

• Respond to system messages in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

• Upload and download documents as needed.

• Execute any additional system tasks required by the client.

• Maintain accurate notes within both internal and client record systems.

• Keep managers and/or team leads updated on any significant issues.

• Participate in monthly performance discussions with various clients.

• Monitor the client portfolio of loans within team structure, including scorecard management and monthly reporting.

• Associate Degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF.

• Previous knowledge of foreclosure processes.

• Capacity to analyze files for completeness.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively amidst competing demands.

• Ability to collaborate with staff and attorneys across different teams and states.
