Client Services Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Engages with commercial and industrial clients throughout the United States and Canada.

• Oversees the management of waste and byproducts from facilities.

• Identifies efficient and cost-effective solutions for waste and recycling services.

• Processes service requests and generates work orders.

• Arranges service requests and collaborates with vendors.

• Resolves issues presented by customers.

• Works in conjunction with accounts payable and receivable.

• Pre-schedules weekly service requests.

• Involved in training and various learning initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Capable of collaborating effectively within a team.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• 1-2 years of experience in sales is preferred.

• Familiarity with or a keen interest in the environmental and sustainability sectors is preferred.

• Excellent relationship management abilities.

• Strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Capability to identify and cultivate sales opportunities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics for CRM or similar software systems.
