Client Services Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Engages with commercial and industrial companies throughout the United States and Canada.

• Oversees the management of facilities' waste and byproducts.

• Identifies and implements efficient, cost-effective waste and recycling services.

• Processes service requests and generates work orders.

• Organizes service requests and collaborates with vendors.

• Resolves issues raised by customers.

• Works in conjunction with accounts payable and receivable departments.

• Pre-schedules weekly service requests.

• Takes part in training sessions and other professional development opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of high school education.

• Ability to function effectively as part of a team.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• 1-2 years of sales experience is preferred.

• Background knowledge or interest in the environmental/sustainability sector is preferred.

• Exceptional skills in relationship management.

• Strong listening, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to identify and cultivate sales opportunities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics for CRM or similar software systems.
