Client Services Manager – Mortgage Specialist, Loan Processor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Proactively engage with potential and current clients to secure necessary loan documentation.

• Follow up with borrowers through phone calls, emails, and SMS to advance applications.

• Foster client relationships and assist borrowers throughout the mortgage application journey.

• Communicate effectively with self-employed borrowers and those with complex lending situations.

• Oversee and manage active loan pipelines, identifying and addressing any bottlenecks.

• Maintain consistent communication about application status and outstanding requirements.

• Draft and send professional, concise, and accurate correspondence to clients.

• Update and manage client records in Broker Engine and other brokerage platforms.

• Assist brokers by ensuring that files are complete and ready for submission.

• Collaborate with lenders, brokers, and the credit team throughout the loan process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidate must be based in the Philippines.

• At least 5 years of experience in an Australian mortgage brokerage, ideally in a sales-oriented role.

• Strong proficiency in using Broker Engine.

• Demonstrated experience in broker support, sales, mortgage processing, loan coordination, or client relationship management.

• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.

• Strong telephone presence with the ability to establish rapport and influence outcomes.

• Experience in following up with clients for documentation and advancing mortgage applications.

• Capability to manage multiple active files and competing priorities.

• High attention to detail while maintaining a strong customer service orientation.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Must be capable of composing coherent and succinct emails to clients in English.

• Must exclusively work with the client’s business from the hire date and have no other ongoing employment, client work, freelance engagements, or side jobs.

• Must represent the engagement on LinkedIn as “Independent Contractor.”
