Client Services Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Responsible for managing the accounts of various client service programs or a single large national program; ensuring the maintenance of relationships with clients, client brokers, and key vendors; and overseeing program procedures and processes that influence customer satisfaction while guaranteeing consistency within the account and client retention.

• Prepares client renewals and Client Service Instructions for assigned clients.

• Manages pricing coordination and completes location coding parameters; prepares and disseminates stewardship and other reports.

• Handles client invoicing, conducts audits, and follows up on accounts receivable for assigned clients.

• Provides education to the client regarding loss data and the factors affecting costs related to assigned programs.

• Coordinates project activities.

• Serves as the primary contact for clients, focusing on enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

• Recognizes issues that may affect customer satisfaction.

• Identifies and pursues opportunities for cross-selling.

• Manages client contracts.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.

• Completion of or pursuit of CPCU, AIC, and/or ARM or other relevant designations is required.

• A minimum of eight (8) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education is required, including three (3) years as an Account Representative OR five (5) years of adjusting experience with at least one (1) year in a supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge in one or more of the following areas: workers compensation, liability, and disability claims management.

• Comprehensive understanding of client location coding parameters, banking methodologies, and claims operating systems.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including presentation capabilities.

• Proficient in PC use, including Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong analytical and interpretive abilities.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and facilitation abilities.

• Capability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

• Ability to manage conflict and address challenging issues in a fast-paced work setting.
