Client Services Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Managing the delivery of talent acquisition for a key client partnership

• Leading a team of recruitment professionals

• Promoting excellence in recruitment and influencing business results

• Establishing trusted relationships with senior executives

• Conducting regular one-on-one meetings, team gatherings, and performance evaluations

• Creating recruiting metrics and analytics (time to fill, cost per hire, candidate satisfaction, etc.)

• Overseeing programs, events, and campaigns aimed at building candidate pipelines

• Implementing comprehensive hiring strategies, including passive outreach and recruitment marketing

• Managing P&L and Cielo-specific reporting

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in talent acquisition or HR

• Experience in coaching peers or managing teams

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies (ATS, social media tools)

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, HR, or a related discipline (preferred)

• Japanese: Native level or equivalent professional proficiency (JLPT N1 level)

• English: Business-level proficiency
