Client Services Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee current Pharmacy Benefit Management clients

• Collaborate on long-term account strategies for designated clients

• Recognize opportunities for upselling and expansion

• Effectively communicate opportunities for the annual strategic business plan

• Ensure client retention and achieve corporate strategic objectives concerning the client base

• Address customer concerns related to contracts, reporting, and clinical matters

• Guide colleagues and lead training initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred

• Familiarity with the PBM or healthcare industry is preferred

• Over 5 years of experience working with complex clients, ideally within healthcare

• Strategic thinking capabilities along with skills to develop and implement business plans effectively

• Capability to work independently and prioritize tasks to satisfy client requirements

• Willingness to travel as necessary to achieve objectives

• Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential

• Proficient in PC applications; including Microsoft Office, Email, and Internet

• Valid State Driver’s License and current Automobile Insurance Policy
