This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Identify and convert new business prospects by expanding existing accounts.
• Take charge of the strategic direction, growth, development, and delivery standards for a variety of accounts.
• Cultivate strong client relationships at the highest levels to ensure repeat business.
• Maximize opportunities for repeat business by engaging with clients, maintaining regular contact, and upselling when possible.
• Participate in client meetings, both individually and alongside colleagues, to ensure Lumanity is recognized for its thought leadership, project excellence, and innovation that surpasses competitors.
• Concentrate on account planning aimed at growth within key existing accounts.
• Collaborate with the Account teams to strategize account development and growth.
• Work closely with Account teams to meet targets for the account, including increasing levels of repeat business year over year.
• Be part of a dedicated team working towards achieving established annual targets.
• Implement new company procedures.
• Look for improvements in quality and demonstrate awareness of the need for continuous innovation.
• Actively pursue opportunities for innovation by introducing new ideas and services to the market.
• Implement and seek to enhance company practices.
• Serve as a role model.
• Advanced experience in a research or professional services organization.
• Advanced experience in a research-based project management role.
• Extensive experience in ad-hoc, primary research within a client-facing, commercial environment.
• Significant experience in life sciences, healthcare/pharma, and therapy area knowledge.
• Strong understanding of research methodologies and practices.
• Proven skills and a successful track record in project and account management, with exceptional client communication and influencing abilities.
• A strong history of business generation with both new and existing clients.
• Proficiency in computer applications: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
