Client Services Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for designated aircraft owners

• Collaborate with Client Aviation Managers (CAMs) and internal teams to guarantee smooth flight operations

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-achieving team of Client Aviation Managers and Flight Crew professionals

• Work alongside the Client Accounting Director to provide financial clarity and transparency for clients

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, or a related discipline is required

• 7–10+ years of experience in client services, aviation operations, or comparable positions

• Strong understanding of private aviation operations, aircraft management, and FAA regulations

• Proficiency in Crisis Management & Problem Solving
