This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serves as the main liaison for Sponsor/CRO and Principal Investigator/site communications regarding submissions
• Performs comprehensive administrative evaluations of submissions, coordinating with study and site personnel to resolve any missing information or issues to guarantee timely completion
• Records and follows client specifications, including organizational and protocol notes
• Offers proactive assistance to the team by helping with task reallocations and managing documentation for foreign language translations
• Maintains a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, working alongside the quality control team to reduce errors
• Ensures tasks are completed within expected turnaround times and responds promptly to customer inquiries within 24 hours
• Raises customer or timeline concerns to direct supervisors when necessary and engages in process improvement initiatives
• Participates in conferences and workshops, and completes assigned training promptly
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a customer service role or within an office setting (preferably in a regulated industry) is preferred
• Intermediate computer proficiency, particularly with MS Office Suite, focusing on Word and Outlook
