This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serves as the main contact for Sponsor/CRO and Principal Investigator/site communications related to submissions.
• Performs comprehensive administrative reviews of submissions, coordinating with study and site personnel to resolve any missing information or issues to ensure timely completion.
• Records and complies with client specifications, including organizational and protocol notes.
• Offers proactive assistance to the team by helping with task reassignments and managing documentation for foreign language translations.
• Maintains a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, working with the quality control team to reduce errors.
• Guarantees timely task completion within expected turnaround times and responds to customer inquiries within 24 hours.
• Escalates customer or timeline issues to direct supervisors as necessary and engages in process enhancement initiatives.
• Participates in conferences and workshops and completes required training promptly.
• Processes various items starting from MODs with minimal ICF impact, advancing to MODs with greater ICF impact, and managing PROs/SSUs/clients upon promotion to CSC II.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a customer service capacity or in an office setting (preferably within a regulated industry) is preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in computer skills, particularly with the MS Office Suite, focusing on Word and Outlook.
