This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serves as the main contact for Sponsor/CRO and Principal Investigator/site communications concerning submissions.
• Performs comprehensive administrative reviews of submissions, collaborating with study and site personnel to resolve any missing information or issues to guarantee timely completion.
• Records and adheres to client specifications, including organizational and protocol notes.
• Offers proactive assistance to the team by facilitating task reassignments and managing documentation for translations in foreign languages.
• Upholds a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail, working alongside the quality control team to reduce errors.
• Ensures tasks are completed within expected turnaround times and responds to customer inquiries within 24 hours.
• Elevates customer or timeline concerns to direct supervisors as necessary and engages in process improvement efforts.
• Participates in conferences and workshops, completing assigned training promptly.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a customer service role or within an office environment (preferably in a regulated industry) is preferred.
• Intermediate computer proficiency, particularly with the MS Office Suite, focusing on Word and Outlook.
