This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Respond to incoming customer calls in a polite and professional manner
• Efficiently schedule service appointments and manage calendars
• Capture clear, precise, and comprehensive messages from customers
• Conduct outbound calls for confirming appointments and scheduling follow-ups
• Clearly communicate service timelines, expectations, and appointment details to customers
• Maintain organized and accurate records, notes, and updates related to customer scheduling
• Assist with administrative and operational coordination tasks as necessary
• Handle multiple calls, schedules, and priorities while staying organized and responsive
• Represent the company with professionalism, positivity, and dependability
• Provide a friendly and customer-oriented experience during every interaction
• Utilize active listening and effective communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction
• Exceptional spoken and conversational English skills (mandatory)
• Clear speaking voice with strong listening and comprehension capabilities
• Ability to communicate naturally and confidently with U.S.-based customers via phone
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Friendly, reliable, and professional attitude
