📋 Description

• Respond to incoming customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.

• Schedule service appointments and efficiently manage calendars.

• Record clear, accurate, and detailed messages for customers.

• Conduct outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow up on scheduling.

• Clearly communicate service timelines, expectations, and appointment details to customers.

• Keep organized and precise records of customer information, notes, and scheduling updates.

• Assist with administrative and operational coordination tasks as required.

• Manage multiple calls, schedules, and priorities while maintaining responsiveness and organization.

• Represent the company with professionalism, positivity, and dependability.

• Provide a friendly and customer-focused experience in every interaction.

• Utilize active listening and effective communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Exceptional spoken and conversational English skills (mandatory).

• Clear speaking voice accompanied by strong listening and comprehension skills.

• Capability to communicate naturally and confidently with U.S.-based customers over the phone.

• Ability to work independently within a remote setting.
