This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Respond to incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Efficiently schedule service appointments and manage calendars
• Accurately take clear and detailed messages from customers
• Make outgoing calls to confirm appointments and follow up on scheduling
• Clearly communicate service timelines, expectations, and appointment details to customers
• Maintain organized and precise records of customer interactions, notes, and scheduling updates
• Assist with administrative and operational coordination tasks as required
• Handle multiple calls, schedules, and priorities while staying organized and responsive
• Consistently adhere to established systems, scripts, and internal procedures
• Represent the company with professionalism, positivity, and dependability
• Provide a friendly, customer-focused experience in every interaction
• Utilize active listening and strong communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction
• Exceptional spoken and conversational English skills (mandatory)
• Clear speaking voice with strong listening and comprehension skills
• Ability to communicate naturally and confidently with customers based in the U.S. via phone
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
