This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Managing a portfolio of assigned clients independently
• Assessing client needs and serving as the initial point of support for incoming requests
• Collaborating with various departments throughout the organization
• Completing all pending requests
• Ensuring that client objectives are achieved through proactive management and optimization, which includes regular check-ins with clients
• Offering ongoing support to clients by initiating and/or coordinating tasks across different divisions within the company
• Organizing the delivery of reports to clients as required
• Updating client records and maintaining internal systems
• Assisting in resolving client service issues by clarifying concerns and expediting resolutions
• Exhibiting flexibility to adapt to constantly changing business environments and shifting priorities
• Providing management with feedback and recommendations by continuously gathering information and analyzing client needs
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Service, or Customer Success roles is needed (preferably in a B2B setting)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated with strong time-management and follow-up abilities
• A strong commitment to a high sense of urgency combined with advanced attention to detail
• Ability to learn, comprehend, prioritize, and communicate complex processes
• Proficient in problem-solving, conflict resolution, data documentation, escalation, and analysis
• Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks, working under pressure, and staying organized (with attention to detail)
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
• Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
