• Act as the main point of contact for client and carrier inquiries, addressing issues within established SLAs.
• Provide system training (FAP Portal) to enhance user adoption and minimize repeated inquiries.
• Create and distribute quarterly customer summaries while following up on shipping data insights.
• Assist Customer Success by resolving issues that have been escalated through shared channels.
• Cultivate strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Accurately process carrier payments in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with funding schedules.
• Oversee client bank accounts and coordinate with Finance to confirm payment readiness.
• Keep training and reference materials accurate and current.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Audit to address invoice and payment discrepancies.
• Engage in process improvement initiatives and cross-training efforts.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field).
• 1–3 years of professional experience; transportation or carrier experience is advantageous.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
