• Oversee and nurture current medical communication client accounts
• Meet the account forecasts and discover new business prospects
• Foster and sustain robust client relationships
• Supervise and lead the account team to ensure high-quality outputs
• Assist team members with project proposals and budgeting
• Track and apply industry best practices
• Utilize insights on revenue generation and business metrics to enhance profitability
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience within the medical communications sector
• Advanced knowledge of medical publication accounts and medical communication strategies
• Proven comprehension of market trends, scientific data, and clinical and preclinical information is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, communications, or a related field
• Exceptional time management and project management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel as needed (less than 10%)
