• Facilitate post-sales customer interactions for the fulfillment of print and print-related services, as well as kitting.
• Process print, kitting, and distribution orders received from customers via online systems or direct communication.
• May act as the lead service professional, representing both the customer and internal RRD stakeholders, and participate in or lead client meetings and business reviews.
• Offer comprehensive support to sales and customers by addressing client inquiries and requests received through various communication channels.
• Resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely manner, including dispute management and invoice reconciliation.
• Provide proof of delivery and order status upon request.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to gather job requirements and translate them into detailed manufacturing, kitting, and shipping instructions for both standard and complex products.
• Lead the creation of process documentation, workflows, and job aids for both internal and external use.
• Suggest workflow or process improvements for proposed jobs to enhance benefits for both the customer and the company.
• Conduct quality reviews of your own work and that of other client care staff to ensure accuracy and completeness before production begins.
• Process orders and change notices as needed, including obtaining delivery commitments and special freight quotes, while ensuring job instructions are verified in various manufacturing systems.
• Generate pricing and quotes as required.
• Verify composition or perform copy preparation as necessary for order processing.
• Manage client inventory item maintenance in relevant systems while producing and analyzing reports.
• Coordinate all corrections or changes that arise during the work-in-process through written or verbal instructions.
• May train and mentor other client care staff members.
• Lead the Corrective Action process on behalf of sales and customers, including investigating root causes and implementing actionable improvements.
• May provide recommendations to management regarding appropriate responses to issues that serve the best interests of both the customer and the company.
• Responsible for data entry tasks, including setting up new items and managing current inventories.
• Serve as a communication link between external customers and all internal departments.
• Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant administrative or operational support experience in manufacturing operations or an office environment directly related to the job responsibilities.
• May hold additional educational certifications at this level.
• Requires strong knowledge of functional areas related to the job or a solid understanding of a professional field of work.
• Must have advanced technological skills, including proficiency in computers and software programs such as MS Office or MAC word processing and spreadsheets, to successfully fulfill job duties.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for effective inter-departmental collaboration when completing assignments.
• Strong organizational skills are necessary, with the ability to manage deadlines, prioritize workload, and adjust to meet business needs.
