• Cultivate, maintain, and expand significant new client relationships, serving as a trusted strategic advisor.
• Comprehend client business objectives, brand strategies, target audiences, and commercial challenges.
• Spearhead the creation of annual plans, campaign frameworks, and strategic/creative responses, with the ability to draft and design persuasive presentations using PowerPoint.
• Confidently present ideas, proposals, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Supervise the establishment of KPIs, measurement frameworks, and thorough campaign evaluations.
• Manage the complete execution of campaigns and live events.
• Oversee project management by identifying critical milestones and reporting schedules.
• Translate briefs into actionable plans that inspire idea generation and innovative thinking.
• Collaborate effectively with Creative, Strategy, Production, and Operations teams on a global scale.
• Anticipate and manage potential risks, ensuring proactive solutions and fostering client confidence.
• Lead partnerships with rights holders, talent, venues, and essential delivery partners.
• Responsible for account profitability, forecasting, and revenue planning.
• Identify and leverage organic growth opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Participate in new business pitches, including the delivery of presentations.
• Ensure accurate tracking of project finances, reporting, scopes of work, and margin management.
• Foster positive and professional relationships with both internal colleagues and external clients to enhance the current business portfolio.
• Support THE·TEAM Global teams with client projects and new business endeavors.
• Help establish THE·TEAM's activation capabilities in the market, reinforcing our global leadership.
• Proficiency in both German and English at a business competency level is required.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in account management.
• Direct knowledge of the sports or entertainment sectors is preferred.
• Experience in Social Media, Content, and Creator Marketing is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with student marketing campaigns and a working understanding of the German university system is advantageous.
• A keen interest in cutting-edge technology.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to transform ideas into comprehensive, concise, and independent presentations using PowerPoint and other media to tell a visually engaging story.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Demonstrated experience in influencing senior-level clients and managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Commercially astute.
• Ability to multitask and self-manage to meet deadlines while handling competing priorities.
• High initiative with the capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of consumer behavior along with creativity to effectively build client brands.
• Open-mindedness to explore all ideas and thought starters thoroughly.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and maintains a positive 'can do' attitude consistently.
• Focused and determined individual with the ambition to contribute to the agency's growth.
• Superior interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and colleagues, including collaboration with internal THE·TEAM global teams.
