• Oversee client renewals, service requests, pricing strategies, reporting, and contract management for designated accounts.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
• Manage invoicing processes, conduct audits, and follow up on accounts receivable.
• Evaluate and relay loss data and cost factors to clients effectively.
• Coordinate various projects, identify service challenges, and facilitate cross-selling opportunities.
• Lead and mentor team members, including recruitment, performance evaluation, and coaching.
• Assist with quality initiatives and undertake additional responsibilities as necessary.
• Travel as needed.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in claims management or a relevant mix of education and experience is necessary.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
• Colleagues are encouraged to pursue CPCU, AIC, and/or ARM or other related designations.
• Professional certification relevant to the line of business is preferred.
• Experience with California Workers Compensation claims is mandatory.
