• Collaborate closely with clients and their authorized representatives (such as solicitors and accountants) to address the commercial lending requirements of CBA’s business clientele.
• Draft well-reasoned credit decisions and correspondence in accordance with CBA's credit strategy.
• Deliver high-quality, prompt customer service.
• Cultivate and sustain professional relationships to support team objectives and goals.
• Assist your Manager and Executive Manager with special projects as needed.
• A recognized qualification or degree in a Risk/Compliance/Finance/Business-related field.
• CAA 2 or above.
• Tier 2 (preferred; if not already obtained, it is a requirement to achieve Tier 2 within 30 days of starting in the role).
• A commitment to customer service with an emphasis on innovation and solution-oriented thinking.
• Strong experience in commercial lending and credit decision-making (CAA 2 or higher).
• Solid commercial acumen and an understanding of business structures.
• Comprehensive knowledge of business lending products and their related processes/systems.
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Prior experience in a similar position.
