This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Allocate work responsibilities based on a comprehensive understanding of operational functions to ensure seamless execution.

• Oversee extensive ongoing projects that consist of multiple smaller projects/tasks.

• Engage in Start of Work Meetings as designated.

• Evaluate estimates and budgets to manage changes effectively.

• Conduct meetings to address performance issues or concerns.

• Collaborate with internal customers to clarify project or job expectations.

• Provide updates on project or job status, including any concerns or risks.

• Develop detailed work instructions and business guidelines.

• Audit various forms as required by clients.

• Strategically plan daily, weekly, and monthly project requirements.

• Identify requests that fall outside of daily operations which necessitate changes.

• Propose process enhancements either individually or through focus groups.

• Follow up on project or job status with relevant departments.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

• Support the training of team members as needed.

• Regular attendance, punctuality, and availability are critical essential functions of the role.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Creative problem-solving abilities.

• Skills in delegation and follow-up.

• Proficiency in computer applications.

• Competence in all Microsoft Office products.

• Familiarity with web navigation.

• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM is required.

• Strong orientation towards customer service.

• A team player who exhibits a collaborative and positive attitude.

• Capacity to create timelines and identify program risks.
