Client Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary liaison for clients concerning routing and school schedules

• Collaborate with Field Operations to ensure driver adherence to standards

• Oversee daily scheduled trips and guarantee timely performance

• Establish and nurture client relationships, addressing inquiries promptly

• Produce and assess trip reports regularly

• Participate in cross-training with other FirstAlt departments as instructed by management
