This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
β’ Conduct searches utilizing various booking methods: award travel, mileage and loyalty program redemptions, innovative routing, and premium fare inventory.
β’ Determine the optimal options for each client by combining routes, fare classes, and availability in ways that truly align with their objectives, rather than simply presenting the most obvious choices.
β’ Leverage fare rules and availability expertise to devise solutions that are both accurate and inventive.
β’ Record comprehensive pricing information, fare rules, and booking prerequisites in our workflow systems to ensure nothing is overlooked during handover.
β’ Create polished and well-organized quotes that adhere to Ascend's standards for tone, clarity, and formatting.
β’ Provide quotes within SLA targets: within 5 minutes for short-haul requests and within 25 minutes for long-haul or intricate itineraries.
β’ Maintain proactive and attentive communication throughout the search and booking process.
β’ Guarantee smooth handovers to the Ticketing and Trip Fulfillment teams to ensure the client's experience is seamless.
β’ Promptly escalate VIP, high-complexity, or time-sensitive requests to your Team Lead instead of attempting to manage them independently.
β’ Minimum 2 years of experience in travel operations, luxury hospitality, or high-touch client service.
β’ Proficiency with Sabre GDS is essential for this position.
β’ Exceptional written communication skills: your messages to clients are clear, professional, and feel personalized, rather than templated.
β’ Strong focus on accuracy: you consistently achieve over 98% accuracy, even while handling multiple requests swiftly.
β’ Ability to manage numerous client requests simultaneously while adhering to strict response and delivery SLAs.
β’ A collaborative approach: you ensure clean handoffs, proactively communicate with your team, and consider handovers a responsibility rather than an afterthought.
