This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Conduct searches utilizing various booking strategies.
• Determine the most suitable options for each client.

• Respond to every new client message within 30 seconds.
• Uphold proactive and personalized communication.
• Ensure 100% accuracy across all workflow systems.
• Escalate requests that are VIP, high-complexity, or time-sensitive.
• Minimum of 2 years in travel operations, luxury hospitality, or high-touch client service.
• Proficient hands-on experience with Sabre GDS is essential for this position.
