This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main client service representative for Sally Beauty, addressing service-related inquiries, requests, and resolving issues with prompt and effective responses.
• Manage the daily service operations for assigned accounts, ensuring reliable, timely delivery and compliance with established service standards and procedures.
• Assist in ongoing maintenance and growth efforts by coordinating deliverables, managing updates, and guaranteeing that tools, reports, and outputs remain precise, current, and aligned with client requirements.
• Maintain data accuracy and consistency through regular quality audits and timely updates of syndicated and custom tools and deliverables.
• Engage with clients in a consultative approach to grasp business goals, priorities, and success metrics, closely collaborating with the Client Insights team to translate needs into actionable plans and solutions.
• Work collaboratively across analytics, technology, delivery, and offshore teams to coordinate execution, troubleshoot issues, and efficiently resolve complex client needs.
• Offer subject matter expertise on tools, platforms, and processes to facilitate ongoing client support and issue resolution.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance workflows, tools, training, and overall client experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in client service, analytics, data support, or a related field.
• Strong analytical abilities with a talent for converting data into clear, actionable insights.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and quick to learn new tools and platforms.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to data quality and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the capability to engage clients in a consultative manner.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to support occasional evening or weekend work based on business needs.
• Experience with syndicated data or retail analytics platforms is a plus.
• Background in marketing, sales, or analytics within a CPG or retail organization is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, data, technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
