Client Service Associate – Mutual Fund Service Desk

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver precise, timely, and cost-efficient services to mutual funds and clients.

• Collaborate closely with outsourced service providers to guarantee compliance with standards.

• Conduct research and provide insights on operational processes.

• Create policies and testing procedures that align with industry regulations.

• Partner with management in Mutual Fund Services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• FINRA Series 6 certification is required within six months of employment.

• Experience in mutual funds and expertise in transfer agency service providers are preferred.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Capability to multitask independently.

• Proficiency in general office software, including Word and Excel.
