This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +3 more states.
β’ Timely and accurately respond to client inquiries, aiming to resolve the majority of requests independently without advisor supervision.
β’ Support Advisors by preparing for client meetings and handling follow-up tasks.
β’ Participate in client meetings alongside advisors in a virtual setting.
β’ Manage account opening applications, transfer documents, fund movements, and other administrative and operational tasks specific to the industry.
β’ Aid in the creation of investment-related Requests for Proposals and insurance illustrations.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services alongside previous experience working remotely.
β’ Strong preference for candidates with client service experience.
β’ Capability to help create a βWowβ experience for our clients.
β’ Proficient in technology, third-party software, and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Chat, etc.).
β’ Experience with our specific software is advantageous but not mandatory: RedTail, Mac OSX, Sharepoint, MS Office, Teams, Copilot, eMoney, Zocks, Scribe, My90, Black Diamond, MyRepChat, RingCentral.
β’ A Bachelor's degree is required.
