This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries.
• Support Advisors with the preparation for client meetings and follow-up activities.
• Handle account opening applications, transfer documents, money transactions, and other various administrative tasks specific to the industry.
• Serve as the primary liaison for Schwab.
• Keep client information updated in our CRM system - Advyzon.
• Initiate, oversee, and enhance workflows within Advyzon.
• Enter data into our financial planning software - RightCapital.
• Coordinate client meetings through phone and email.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services.
• Proficient with technology and third-party software; our office operates without paper.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks, solving problems, and meeting deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to foresee the needs of clients and advisors.
• Independent worker who can manage projects and time effectively; we do not practice micromanagement.
• Quick learner of new technologies and software.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Ability to adhere to office processes and policies regarding operations and client confidentiality.
• Familiarity with CRM software/databases.
• Experience with Schwab, Advyzon, Google Workspace, Calendly, RightCapital, and Holistiplan is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Willingness to travel to San Jose 1-4 times a year for quarterly and annual internal strategy meetings.
• Salary range of $65K-80K, based on relevant experience.
