This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +6 more states.
• Oversee a portfolio of high-spending, actively engaged homebuilder clients, ensuring robust relationships and consistently exceptional service.
• Take ownership of your sales objectives, achieving and surpassing quarterly targets while contributing to the growth of team revenue.
• Cultivate builder partnerships through regular communication, on-site visits, and strategic collaboration at both divisional and regional levels.
• Act as the primary expert and main contact for divisional inquiries, offering insights and support that enhance partner success.
• Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews by providing insights into divisional performance and actionable recommendations.
• Conduct product education and platform training for builder teams, enabling them to fully utilize Zillow's advertising solutions.
• Create reports and analyses for scheduled and ad-hoc calls, aiding in accurate forecasting and decision-making.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to keep builder partners updated with relevant, timely information.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and account management.
• Experience in managing a substantial recurring revenue portfolio (preferably $500K+ in quarterly book value or equivalent scale).
• Proven history of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
• Proficient in managing competing priorities and multiple decision-makers throughout complex sales cycles.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 15% of the time for on-site visits and client interactions.
• Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) and comfortable working with data and reporting platforms.
