• Identify suitable inbound prospects and direct opportunities accordingly.
• Oversee the initial sales process by performing needs assessments, comprehending prospect challenges, and preparing Sales for an effective transition and follow-up discussions.
• Work in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, and Client Insights to guarantee that inbound leads receive consistent, accurate, and engaging information.
• Utilize Circana’s exclusive platforms (such as Unify+, Liquid Data, Intelligence Suite) and the CRM to manage and monitor inbound activities.
• Ensure that prospects are provided with timely, pertinent information and enjoy a positive experience from the very first interaction.
• Gather insights from inbound prospects and communicate trends to leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with Dynamics or other CRM/sales enablement platforms is preferred but not mandatory.
