Client Sales & Insights Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and nurture relationships with junior to mid-level partners in advertising agencies and media publishers across various engagements within Circana’s solution offerings.

• Conduct analyses and perform thorough quality assurance checks on Circana data to produce insights and recommendations for clients.

• Independently oversee and implement workflows related to targeting, optimization, measurement, and clean room processes, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to guarantee timely and accurate delivery.

• Address client requirements with promptness and efficiency, showcasing strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities, along with a dedication to quality and outstanding client service.

• Work collaboratively with internal Circana teams to provide client solutions and proactively identify and resolve client challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a similar quantitative or marketing field.

• Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with well-organized and proactive task management capabilities.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to tailor messages for a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic, and changing environment.

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, in addition to Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Google Slides.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams across various stakeholders, prioritize effectively, and deliver intricate, high-quality projects on schedule.

• Preferred 1–2 years of experience in an insights and analytics or account management role.

• Preferred 1–2 years of experience within the media and advertising sector.
