This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Ensure that the satisfaction of existing customers and distributors meets or surpasses expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to assigned accounts.
• Drive customer adoption and expansion of Aclara products.
• Visit key customers and distributors as necessary.
• Collaborate effectively with assigned Sales Directors, distribution channel partners, and product managers.
• Act as a liaison between customers/distributors and internal teams, ensuring compliance with company policies in all interactions and procedures.
• Play a crucial role in onboarding new customers and distributors within your designated area while nurturing existing client relationships.
• Coordinate the efforts of Aclara team members to resolve customer issues.
• Ensure that customer and distributor concerns are addressed promptly, meeting expectations while adhering to company guidelines.
• Manage any quotation processes with the relevant Aclara internal resources.
• Utilize Salesforce.com to maintain up-to-date information on opportunities, leads, and other sales-related fields.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years of demonstrated work experience in a customer service environment.
• Exceptional listening, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with outside sales personnel and others to effectively meet customer needs and drive business growth.
• Capability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
