Client Relationship Manager, Western Markets

• Act as the main point of contact for our esteemed UK client portfolio, managing expectations, retaining accounts, and fostering strong trust remotely.

• Operate entirely independently from your remote location to oversee client deliverables, coordinate internally, and tackle complex challenges without requiring supervision.

• Convert technical or operational updates into concise, polished, and professional business language for international stakeholders.

• Actively monitor client health, foresee their business needs, and pinpoint opportunities to enhance their operations.

• Uphold the exceptionally high standards of service, communication, and responsiveness that our clients expect, leveraging modern remote collaboration tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience working directly with Western (particularly UK, US, or European) agencies.

• Experience at a top-tier agency is a mandatory requirement.

• Outstanding verbal and written English proficiency.

• A self-motivated individual with a dependable home office setup (high-speed internet and power backup).

• Strong critical-thinking abilities and the capacity to respond effectively in high-pressure client situations.
