This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Drive revenue by fostering long-term relationships with both senior and operational stakeholders, gaining insights into their strategies and objectives.
• Conduct onboarding, marketing, training, and support initiatives to maximize growth and generate additional revenue through upselling and value-added services.
• Present products and services to clients in a manner that is informative, educational, and consultative.
• Lead integration projects alongside solutions teams to offer technical solutions and processes that clients can adopt and embrace.
• Develop strategic account plans for each client and groups of clients to optimize utilization, growth, and revenue.
• Oversee all commercial activities, including internal reporting, contract renewals, pricing negotiations, and new product expansion.
• Establish yourself as the recognized internal expert related to your account portfolio and market, focusing on relevant payment products and potential competitors to enhance and refine products and operations.
• Collaborate within your team and across departments and time zones with legal, compliance, product development, and vertical teams to provide solutions for client payment challenges.
• Ensure timely availability of information by performing accurate updates to the CRM system.
• Monitor, report, and review utilization, payers, and revenue.
• Address escalations with the appropriate level of attention.
• Conduct regular reviews with the customer success team to assess product and service satisfaction.
• Manage continuous training and resource material for all relevant client departments.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or client success.
• Ideally, possess strong experience in International Higher Education, Education Management, or Payments.
• Capability to engage remote stakeholders and collaborate effectively within a remote team.
• Willingness to travel 20-25% of the time.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding presentation skills, with the ability to engage and support individuals at all levels, including senior executives.
• Strong attention to detail, coupled with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and planning abilities in a multicultural setting.
• Proficient in problem-solving and project management.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and willing to engage both internally and externally.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
