Client Relationship Manager, CPA/EA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for a specific portfolio of clients, managing relationships through email, Zoom, and phone communication.

• Conduct quarterly meetings with clients to analyze financial statements and provide strategic recommendations that foster business growth.

• Supervise general ledger activities, financial statement preparation, and extensive account reconciliations to ensure technical precision.

• Streamline the tax compliance process by preparing returns and supplying accurate financials to the tax department.

• Examine transactional work and ensure that all monthly accounting tasks are completed on time.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience within a CPA firm is essential.

• CPA certification or active pursuit of CPA designation is preferred.

• Must possess expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks Online; experience with UltraTax is an advantage.

• Strong practical skills in tax planning and preparation are required.

• Previous experience with dental or healthcare clients is preferred.
