This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and nurture robust client relationships as the main point of contact, proactively sharing expectations, updates, and recommendations.
• Evaluate client requirements and create customized coverage solutions, which includes reviewing existing programs and pinpointing opportunities for additional or enhanced coverage.
• Spearhead the renewal process by preparing, analyzing, and effectively presenting coverage options, benchmarking, loss experience, exposure analysis, and program design alternatives.
• Oversee the client service calendar, covering onboarding, renewals, policy issuance, compliance updates, and delivery of necessary policy documentation.
• Ensure that insurance programs adhere to relevant federal and state regulations, managing associated compliance activities such as policy documentation and regulatory filings.
• Coordinate with carriers and vendors to negotiate contracts, address issues, request proposals, and manage policy activity to guarantee timely and accurate service delivery.
• Supervise new client onboarding in accordance with the Peace of Mind process, ensuring timely engagement with the C-suite.
• Collaborate with Client Success Specialists and internal teams to clarify data requirements, track task progress, and sustain consistent, high-quality workflows.
• Create client-facing communication materials, including coverage summaries and client risk reports, and organize or lead renewal meetings.
• Uphold high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and completeness in all interactions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and workflows, escalating issues to leadership when necessary.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, finance, or a related field; a professional insurance designation is preferred.
• A current state license is required (Property & Casualty).
• 2 to 4+ years of experience in commercial insurance and account management.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively present to decision-makers and clients.
• A foundational understanding of commercial insurance processes and renewal workflows, including functional knowledge of coverage structures and program types.
• Experience collaborating with offshore teams or third-party partners is preferred.
