This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Establish and nurture robust, long-lasting relationships with key clients to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
• Proactively manage a portfolio of accounts, which includes regular outreach, business evaluations, and continual needs assessment.
• Early identification of at-risk clients and the implementation of engagement strategies to restore value and minimize churn.
• Work collaboratively across departments to resolve client issues, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
• Spot opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services or features that align with client objectives.
• Assist in the onboarding and training of new clients, ensuring they possess the necessary tools and knowledge for success.
• Track and report on client health and activity utilizing CRM tools, keeping accurate and up-to-date records.
• Strong experience in client relationship management, account management, or customer success with a focus on retention.
• Demonstrated experience managing a portfolio of corporate or educational clients.
• Ability to swiftly comprehend client needs and convert them into actionable solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Results-driven mindset with a proactive and optimistic approach to challenges.
• Experience or familiarity with SMS, LMS, or vocational education/training environments is highly advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (preferably Zoho CRM).
• Organized, responsive, and adept at managing multiple client accounts efficiently.
