Client Relationship Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Train and assist all designated lenders.

• Provide daily support to current assigned lenders.

• Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries from lenders.

• Address service issues by clarifying complaints, identifying causes, and proposing solutions.

• Manage relationships with clients.

• Handle all aspects related to onboarding a new lender at the time of launch.

• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.

• Collaborate with various departments to meet customer needs.

• Escalate intricate issues to the relevant internal teams as necessary.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned, including tasks in other functional areas to balance the workload.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in lender-placed insurance, force-placed insurance, collateral protection insurance, or insurance tracking services.

• Direct experience working with lending institutions, such as banks, credit unions, or mortgage servicers, as clients.

• Background in customer service/support.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially in professional email correspondence.

• Excellent judgment and discretion when interacting with lenders and staff.

• Outstanding follow-up abilities with prompt responses to lender needs.

• Ability to manage multiple lender relationships and priorities at the same time.

• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Problem-solving attitude with the ability to resolve issues independently and escalate when necessary.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT with a one-hour lunch.
