This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Drive revenue by establishing long-term relationships with senior and operational stakeholders, gaining insights into their strategies and objectives.
• Execute onboarding, marketing, training, and support initiatives to maximize growth and enhance revenue through upselling and value-added services.
• Present products and services to clients in an informative, educational, and consultative manner.
• Lead integration projects in collaboration with solutions teams to offer technical solutions and processes that clients can adopt and embrace.
• Develop strategic account plans for individual clients and groups to optimize utilization, growth, and revenue.
• Oversee all commercial activities, including internal reporting, contract renewals, pricing negotiations, and new product expansion.
• Become the recognized internal expert in alignment with your account portfolio and market, focusing on relevant payment products and potential competitors to enhance and refine products and operations.
• Collaborate with your team and across departments and time zones with legal, compliance, product development, and vertical teams to address and resolve client payment issues.
• Ensure timely updates to CRM for accurate information availability.
• Monitor, report, and review utilization, payers, and revenue.
• Address escalations with appropriate urgency.
• Conduct regular reviews with the customer success team to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
• Provide ongoing training and manage resource material for all relevant client departments.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or client success.
• Strong experience in International Higher Education, Education Management, or Payments is preferred.
• Capability to engage remote stakeholders and effectively collaborate with a remote team.
• Willingness to travel 20-25% of the time.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding presentation skills, with the ability to address and support individuals at all levels, including senior executives.
• Strong attention to detail along with time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and planning abilities in a multicultural environment.
• Proficient problem-solving and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive initiative and willingness to engage internally and externally.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
