This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Greet new clients once engagement agreements have been finalized.
• Clarify onboarding requirements and outline subsequent steps.
• Provide assistance to clients with onboarding forms and questionnaires.
• Oversee the onboarding process to ensure progress.
• Facilitate a seamless transition from sales to production.
• Request essential documents from clients.
• Follow up on any missing information.
• Monitor deadlines for document collection.
• Keep track of the document collection status within the CRM.
• Ensure that internal teams receive comprehensive information.
• Identify any project delays and obstacles.
• Communicate with clients regarding any missing items.
• Collaborate with internal teams to eliminate obstacles.
• Organize and coordinate meetings between clients and team members.
• Maintain precise client records.
• Update project statuses regularly.
• Document client communications thoroughly.
• Keep track of open tasks and necessary follow-ups.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for clients.
• Address client inquiries with professionalism.
• Provide updates on project status.
• At least 3 years of experience in client services, customer success, account management, client relations, executive assistance, administrative coordination, or project coordination.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and scheduling tools.
• Capability to work independently in a remote setting while supporting U.S.-based clients.
• Reliable high-speed internet.
• Professional home office setup.
• Backup power and internet solutions preferred.
