Client Relations Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Promotes the services and solutions of Stewart Insurance through various sales activities, including consultative selling, relationship-building, and outstanding, client-focused communication skills.

• Identifies opportunities for cross-selling and suggests additional coverage solutions by actively listening to understand and anticipate client needs.

• Proactively manages policy renewals and clearly communicates recommendations.

• Adheres to standard procedures and guidelines while excelling in a client-focused, production-oriented environment.

• Builds and enhances client relationships through product knowledge, education, cross-selling, and the delivery of exceptional client experiences.

• Understands how individual responsibilities relate to the broader team dynamics and how the team collaborates with related teams.

• Influences the team's performance through the quality of support provided in a dynamic, team-centered environment.

• Identifies and resolves common issues; selects solutions from established options.

• Communicates moderately complex information in routine situations to the team and insurance carrier partners to ensure exceptional client experiences.

• Operates under general supervision with limited flexibility to adjust the approach.

• Functions as an individual contributor without supervisory duties; manages personal workload effectively.

• Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• General Lines Agent – Property & Casualty License is necessary.

• Proven ability in managing renewals, policy servicing, and client follow-up in an organized and detail-oriented manner.

• Proficient in using computer systems and CRM platforms.

• Typically requires over 2 years of related work experience.
