Client Relations Manager, B2C

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Oversee a designated portfolio of B2C clients

• Assist with legal-related issues (legal advice not required)

• Identify and address customer concerns

• Proactively support and guide our clients

• Recommend suitable solutions and services

• Collaborate closely with our Legal and Backoffice teams

• Experience in customer-facing roles (support, sales, or customer success)

• Ability to maintain composure in challenging situations

• Goal-oriented with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
